Barcelona Legend Andrés Iniesta Becomes Melbet Brand Ambassador

Former Barcelona and Spain midfielder Andrés Iniesta has been unveiled as a brand ambassador for international betting company Melbet, the operator announced on social media.

As part of the partnership, Melbet is launching a global advertising campaign titled “The Greatest 8” — a tribute to Iniesta’s iconic shirt number at Barcelona. The campaign is set to kick off later this month and will run through the end of 2025.

Iniesta is widely regarded as one of the most iconic footballers in the history of both Spanish and world football. He spent the majority of his illustrious career at FC Barcelona, winning numerous domestic and international titles. In the final years of his career, he played in Japan for Vissel Kobe and in the UAE for Emirates Club.

Melbet continues to strengthen its global presence by partnering with high-profile figures from sports and entertainment. Earlier this year, the company also named former football star Didier Drogba and Indian actress Monami Ghosh as official ambassadors.
