Forbes has released its latest ranking of the world’s wealthiest individuals, featuring 3,028 business leaders and investors with fortunes exceeding $1 billion. Among them are 15 figures from the global gambling industry, including Stake.com co-founders Ed Craven and Bijan Tehrani, who have made the prestigious list for the first time.
Craven and Tehrani share the 1,305th spot, with each estimated to be worth $2.8 billion.
Beyond Stake.com, the Australian entrepreneurs also own streaming platform Kick, which has gained traction among gambling content creators.
The richest gambling industry figure on the Forbes list is Miriam Adelson, widow of Sheldon Adelson, the late CEO and chairman of casino giant Las Vegas Sands. Forbes ranked her at No. 56 with a net worth of $32.1 billion.

Others in the top 500 include Novomatic owner Johann Graf (No. 274, $9.9 billion), Allwyn lottery mogul Karel Komárek (No. 302, $9.4 billion), Bet365 founder and CEO Denise Coates (No. 443, $7.3 billion), and Playtech software tycoon Teddy Sagi (No. 464, $7.1 billion).
Forbes also included several billionaires from Japan’s pachinko industry — a unique gambling-meets-pinball hybrid.
Among them are Hajime Satomi, chairman of Sega Sammy, a leading pachinko machine manufacturer (No. 2,356, $1.4 billion), and Hideyuki Busujima, son of Sankyo founder Kunio Busujima, a major supplier of pachinko equipment (No. 2,790, $1.1 billion).
