Pin-Up Global Announces Rebrand and Transformation into RedCore Business Group

International iGaming holding Pin-Up Global has announced a rebrand and strategic shift as part of its business expansion. The company, known for developing technology solutions for the gambling industry, will now operate as a business group under the new brand RedCore.
The move reflects how the holding has grown beyond its original iGaming focus over the years.
Today, the company’s products and services also span fintech, marketing, and e-commerce — areas designed to help clients scale, optimize operations, cut costs, and meet the demands of highly regulated markets.
“It has become clear that our potential goes far beyond a single industry. We are now combining expertise and technologies across multiple areas of digital business. iGaming remains part of our work, but it is now just one of the sectors where we are driving innovation,” said Marina Ilina, CEO and founder of RedCore.
At the same time, RedCore will retain the core principles that helped Pin-Up Global evolve from an iGaming company into a diversified business group.
The company will debut under its new brand at the SBC Summit in Lisbon, Portugal, taking place September 16–18, 2025.
