Flutter Entertainment, the company behind some of the biggest names in online gambling, has started trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in the US.
Flutter’s ordinary shares are now listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol FLUT.
The move to the NYSE wraps up Flutter’s secondary listing on Euronext in Dublin. The company stopped trading its shares on the Irish exchange last week to prepare for the New York listing.
Flutter will also keep its listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the symbol FLTR.
“With our NYSE listing effective today, this is a pivotal moment for the group as we make Flutter more accessible to US-based investors and gain access to deeper capital markets”, Flutter CEO Peter Jackson said.
Flutter’s stock price has dropped from $207.7 to $206.4 per share since it hit the NYSE.
