For several days now, social media has been abuzz over a scandalous incident that occurred at a recent Coldplay concert. The controversy erupted after Andy Byron, CEO of the American IT company Astronomer, and Kristin Cabot, the company’s HR director, were captured by the event’s “kiss cam.” At the time, the two were seen embracing while watching the performance.
However, the moment they noticed themselves displayed on the giant screen, both abruptly separated — Cabot quickly covering her face with her hands in panic and Byron ducking down. The incident appeared especially compromising given that both Byron and Cabot are married to other people.
Seizing on the scandal, the cryptocurrency betting platform Polymarket has opened bets on whether Byron and Cabot will divorce their respective spouses.
For the bet to be successful, either Byron or his wife, and either Cabot or her husband must publicly announce their intention to divorce by September 1, 2025.

Polymarket users currently estimate the likelihood of this outcome at just 16%, but despite the odds, nearly $465,000 has already been wagered on this market.
Additionally, it has been reported that Andy Byron has resigned from his position as CEO of Astronomer in the wake of the controversy.
