Arturo Vidal Launches His Own Sports Betting Platform

Chilean football star Arturo Vidal, known for his time with Barcelona and Bayern Munich, has officially launched his own sports betting and online casino platform, Juego con el King.

Vidal unveiled the project on social media, pitching it as a fresh destination for sports fans and bettors. To draw in new users, the platform is running a launch giveaway that includes money prizes, game consoles, and smartphones.

Targeting the Chilean market, the platform’s website makes no mention of holding any gaming licenses. That omission has sparked frustration among locally licensed operators in Chile, who’ve long raised concerns about the rise of unregulated betting brands in the country.

It’s worth noting that Vidal remains an active player with Colo-Colo and the Chilean national team. 

Under current FIFA regulations, active players are barred from owning or directly operating betting companies due to potential conflicts of interest. A response from the global football governing body is expected.
