The deal is expected to be worth around $1 billion.
However, some industry analysts suggest the final price tag could land closer to $1.3 billion, depending on deal terms and closing adjustments.
An official announcement from Aristocrat is expected in May. For now, the company has declined to comment despite multiple media inquiries.
