Sportradar has announced a multi-year extension and expansion of its exclusive agreement with UEFA. The agreement now includes non-exclusive rights to distribute data to media outlets not specializing in sports betting content, further expanding Sportradar’s reach.
The partnership also grants Sportradar the ability to monitor games for analytical data collection, enhancing its advanced AI-driven products and services. This will allow Sportradar to offer innovative technological solutions to its clients, leveraging the vast amount of data collected from UEFA competitions.
The agreement covers all UEFA club and national team competitions, including the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, Europa League, Conference League, Women’s Champions League, Euro 2025, European qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, European qualifiers for Euro 2028, Nations League, European Under-21 Championship 2025 and 2027, as well as international friendlies.
With the introduction of new formats in UEFA club competitions starting in the 2024/2025 season, Sportradar will gain access to over 900 matches each season, an increase of almost 33% compared to previous years.
Beyond betting data, UEFA and Sportradar will extend their long-standing integrity partnership, which has been in place for 15 years. UEFA’s Anti-Match Fixing Unit will utilize specialized resources for monitoring and investigations, and staff will receive training on preventing, detecting, and investigating match-fixing incidents.
