Las Vegas, the next stop of the Formula 1 season, is famous for its fun, especially its countless casinos, but the F1 teams are not here to play. They want to ace the Grand Prix and avoid any distractions.

For example, the boss of the Mercedes team, Toto Wolff, has vowed to keep his team away from the gambling halls.

“I’ve never been to Vegas so we’re going to keep everybody out of the casinos. I don’t play, so I’m going to make sure that nobody play”, Wolff told the press.

The head of the Aston Martin team, Mike Krack, also stressed the need to stay focused amid the temptations of Las Vegas. It’s easy to guess that he meant the city’s casino craze.

For reference, the Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023 is set for November 18 at 10:00 PM local time. Max Verstappen from the Red Bull team is the top favorite for the race, with the odds of 1.30 at the bookies.
