Where to Bet on the 2026 ATP Finals
We’ve selected five of the best bookmakers for betting on the 2026 ATP Finals. Our picks are based on their tennis coverage, the range of markets available for each match and the competitiveness of their odds.
Who to Back at the 2026 ATP Finals
Among the players who have already qualified, Alexander Zverev is our leading pick for the title. The German won the French Open and US Open in 2026 and reached the Wimbledon final. He is also a two-time ATP Finals champion, having lifted the trophy in 2018 and 2021. His results this season and proven record at the event make a strong case for backing him.
Carlos Alcaraz is another major contender. The Spaniard completed the career Grand Slam by winning the Australian Open in January and was runner-up at last year’s ATP Finals. However, he has missed a significant part of the 2026 season with a wrist injury, so his form heading into Turin will be particularly important when assessing his chances.
Ben Shelton is worth considering as an alternative to Zverev and Alcaraz. The American has won four titles this season and reached the US Open final, beating Alcaraz along the way. Those results make him a credible title contender in Turin.
The field is not yet finalised: as of 26 October, Daniil Medvedev and Novak Djokovic were still chasing qualification. Jannik Sinner, who won the previous two editions, will miss this year’s tournament with a knee injury.
Zverev is our early pick, but our final selection in the outright market will depend on the draw and the odds. Even the strongest contender may offer little value if the odds are too short.
ATP Finals Betting Statistics
Favourites win most matches at the ATP Finals, but underdogs regularly pull off upsets. Gambling-park analysed 44 completed singles matches across the 2023–2025 editions to see how often favourites and underdogs won.
| Year | Favourite wins | Underdog wins |
| 2023 | 12 of 14 | 2 of 14 |
| 2024 | 10 of 15 | 5 of 15 |
| 2025 | 11 of 15 | 4 of 15 |
| Total | 33 (75%) | 11 (25%) |
In 2025, for example, Jannik Sinner won all five of his matches, going into each as the favourite. There have also been notable upsets: in 2024, Casper Ruud beat Carlos Alcaraz in the round-robin stage, while Taylor Fritz defeated Alexander Zverev in the semi-finals. Both Ruud and Fritz started those matches as underdogs.
Underdogs won one in four matches in this sample.
However, win rates alone do not show whether backing favourites or underdogs would have been profitable. That also depends on the odds available for each bet.
