Kyiv-based iGaming developer SPRIBE, founded in 2018, has accused PopOK Gaming of intellectual property infringement. According to Casino Beats, the dispute centers around PopOK Gaming allegedly distributing a product that mimics the popular crash game* Aviator by SPRIBE.

PopOK Gaming’s official website claims the company is an authorized provider of Aviator. However, SPRIBE has refuted this assertion, stating that the information is false.

The studio behind the original crash game alleges that PopOK Gaming is misleading operators and players by offering a product falsely branded as Aviator, violating trademark rights. SPRIBE has urged gambling operators to remove the unauthorized game from their platforms.

Additionally, SPRIBE has stated it is treating the matter with the utmost seriousness and is prepared to take legal action.

Recently, SPRIBE secured long-term partnerships with UFC and WWE to promote Aviator.

*Crash games are a type of online casino game where a moving object determines the bet multiplier — the longer it moves, the higher the payout. In Aviator, for instance, the object is a plane.
