Finalists Announced for First-Ever SBC Awards Europe

The SBC Awards Europe has announced the shortlist for its first-ever edition, spotlighting standout names across Europe’s betting and gaming industry.

As confirmed on the official website, this debut standalone edition for the European market spans 34 categories, covering everything from casino and bookmakers to affiliates, game developers, and tech suppliers.

Among the most nominated are Betsson Group with seven nods, followed by Campeon Gaming with five, and Novibet with four.

Some of the most prestigious categories this year include:

• Casino Operator of the Year
• Sportsbook Operator of the Year
• Best Affiliate Program
• Rising Star in Casino
• Rising Star in Sports Betting
• Employer of the Year
• Casino Affiliate of the Year
• Sports Affiliate of the Year

In a nod to safer gambling efforts, Socially Responsible Initiative of the Year will spotlight companies such as 1win and Play’n GO. Meanwhile, Sportradar is shortlisted in four supplier categories.

The SBC Europe Awards is taking place in Malta on the final day of the SBC Summit Malta on Thursday 12th June 2025 at the Hilton Malta.
