FanDuel, a leading American gambling company, and the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) have announced the renewal of their current partnership deal.
The new contract will keep FanDuel as the official gambling operator of the WTA Tour in North and South America, offering fans more ways to bet on their favorite players and tournaments.
In return, the WTA will also continue to provide FanDuel with its trademarks and official scoring and statistical data through its data provider, Stats Perform.
“As we continue to diversify how fans consume and engage with sports, we’re pleased to have a gaming operator who not only shares our vision to strengthen the exposure of women’s tennis but who is dedicated to developing responsible gambling standards and practices that allow fans to do so in a fun and safe way”, WTA President Micky Lawler said.
