A class-action lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. state of Missouri against the gambling platform Stake.com, Canadian rapper Drake, and American streamer Adin Ross, Vegas Slots Online reports.

The suit was brought by Justin Kilham, who claims that the conduct of the two celebrities and Stake.com “poses a threat to the well-being of Missouri residents, particularly young people.”

The lawsuit seeks to hold Drake and Ross accountable for players’ gambling losses, with similar allegations directed at Stake.com itself.

According to the filing, Drake and Ross likely did not use their own money during livestreams but instead played with demo accounts or funds provided by Stake.com.

The complaint further alleges that the streamers showcased fake large winnings, misleading viewers and encouraging them to participate in online gambling.

The filing also notes that online casino gambling is prohibited in Missouri, while legal online sports betting will only become available in the state on December 1, 2025.

Earlier, Gambling Park reported that Drake had temporarily suspended his online casino streams on the Kick platform, reportedly due to a conflict with Stake.com’s owners.
