Sportradar’s cutting-edge AI technology has made its predictions for the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament, taking place in Germany from June 14th to July 14th.
After crunching data from 10,000 simulations of all 51 matches, Sportradar’s AI has identified England as the most likely winner, securing victory in 2,400 of those simulations. This translates to a 24% chance of lifting the trophy, according to the AI’s assessment.
England’s chances are slightly higher than those of France and Germany, according to the AI model.
In a separate analysis, the AI simulations also pointed to Kylian Mbappe as the most likely winner of the Golden Boot. The French star emerged victorious in 1,519 out of 10,000 simulations, edging out England’s Harry Kane, who won in 1,477 simulations. Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden, also representing England, were identified as potential Golden Boot winners, securing victories in 453 and 288 simulations, respectively.
While Sportradar’s AI has processed tens of thousands of data points to generate these predictions, the company emphasizes that these insights should not be used for betting purposes.
Previously, it was reported that Sportradar achieved a threefold increase in profits in 2023.
