Gaming companies Las Vegas Sands, MGM Resorts and Galaxy Entertainment have been included in the annual Forbes Global 2000 ranking of the world’s largest publicly listed companies.
The ranking takes into account companies’ revenue, profit, assets and market value.
Among casino operators, Las Vegas Sands ranked highest, placing 766th. The company operates gaming properties in Macau and Singapore.

- profit — $1.84 billion;
- assets — $21.2 billion;
- market value — $33.9 billion.

MGM Resorts ranked 1,310th. The company operates in the US and also has a presence in Macau. Key figures:
- revenue — $17.7 billion;
- profit — $187.7 million;
- assets — $41.4 billion;
- market value — $9.46 billion.
Galaxy Entertainment placed 1,436th in the ranking. The company operates in Macau. Key figures:
- revenue — $3.8 billion;
- profit — $1.37 billion;
- assets — $12.8 billion;
- market value — $18.5 billion.
Gaming equipment developer Aristocrat Leisure was also included in the Forbes ranking. The company ranked 1,490th. Key figures:

- market value — $22.2 billion.
Cruise operator Carnival Corporation also appeared on the list, ranking 420th. Its connection to the gambling industry comes through the on-board casinos on its cruise ships. Key figures:

This year, the companies on the list had combined annual revenue of $56 trillion, profit of $5.5 trillion and assets of $272.2 trillion. Their total market value reached a record $121.9 trillion, up 31.8% from a year earlier.
