Iker Casillas has announced a new partnership with Stake. The former Real Madrid and Spain national team goalkeeper posted a short video on Instagram with the caption: “The safest hands are here! Now with @stake,” and updated his profile bio to include the title Global Ambassador Stake.
Stake confirmed the collaboration on its own Instagram account, publishing a post welcoming Casillas to its ambassador team and sharing the same video clip.
In the video, Casillas spins a roulette wheel while wearing goalkeeper gloves and places a bet of nearly $20,000 on Spain to win the 2026 FIFA World Cup at odds of 5.5.
For now, details of the agreement have only been shared through the parties’ social media channels. The terms — including duration, format of involvement, and any planned promotional activities — have not been disclosed.
Casillas has previous experience working with betting and investment platforms. In 2022, he served as an ambassador for bookmaker Fun88 and later partnered with the investment company XTB.
Casillas is not the first high-profile footballer to collaborate with Stake. Earlier, Gambling Park reported on the bookmaker’s partnership with former Manchester City and Argentina national team striker Sergio Agüero.
