Drake Wagers $1 Million on Nuggets to Win NBA Finals

Drake is betting big on the NBA Finals. The hip-hop superstar, who is an ambassador for Stake.com, a crypto bookmaker, shared his bets on social media. He is backing the Denver Nuggets over the Miami Heat.

The Canadian rapper wagered $1.25 million on the outcome of the series.

He put $1 million on the Nuggets to clinch the title at odds of 1.23, and another $250,000 on them to finish the series with a 4-1 score at odds of 3.40.

Drake could walk away with $830,000 in profit if his bets pay off.

But it’s not a done deal yet. The NBA Finals are currently deadlocked at 1-1, so both bets are still in play. Gambling Park notes that Drake’s partnership with Stake.com, a crypto bookmaker, means that he may not be risking his own money. However, that doesn’t make his gambling adventures any less exciting.

This is not the first time Drake has bet on a high-profile event. He lost $400,000 after backing Jake Paul in a boxing match vs Tyron Woodley.
