DraftKings, an American sportsbook, has launched a new mobile app called DK Horse for horse racing betting, according to iGaming Business. The app comes after DraftKings signed a multi-year agreement with Churchill Downs’ subsidiary horse racing company, TwinSpires.

Currently, DraftKings’ app is available for customers in 12 US states, including Colorado, Indiana, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

It is also expected that the DK Horse app will be available in several more states before the start of the Kentucky Derby horse racing competition on May 6th.

DK Horse reportedly allows users to participate in pari-mutuel betting for major horse racing events.

The app also offers built-in video streaming, giving players the ability to watch races live while making wagers.

Last year, Caesars Sportsbook, a competitor of DraftKings, struck a deal with the New York Racing Association to launch a similar app called Caesars Racebook, now available in 13 states across the US.
