The annual SBC Awards, set to take place on September 26 in Lisbon, will once again recognize the best in the global gambling industry. This event marks the 11th annual celebration of excellence in the sector.

With the winners set to be unveiled in the two coming months, the shortlists across 39 categories have already been unveiled, revealing the contenders for each prestigious award.

Noteworthy contenders include 1xBet, 1win, GGBet, Betsson, Vbet, and Pinnacle, among others, competing for the esteemed title of “Sportsbook Operator of the Year”.

Similarly, in the casino operator category, Vbet, Betsson, and other prominent industry leaders are in the race for top honors.

1xBet shines in additional categories, securing nominations in the “Best Affiliate Program (Operator)” and “Operator of the Year – Large Organization” segments. Meanwhile, 1win will go head-to-head with 1xBet across various categories, including the operator affiliate programs.

The SBC Awards 2024 will also recognize leading suppliers of betting industry solutions, with contenders such as BetConstruct, Digitain, GR8 Tech (formerly Parimatch Tech), and Sportradar vying for the title of the best supplier in the industry.

Recalling the previous year’s ceremony held in Barcelona, Bet365 claimed the title of the best bookmaker. However, this year, the brand does not appear on the shortlist, while Kaizen Gaming, victorious in the online casino category, remains a strong contender for success once again.
