One of Russia’s leading bookmakers Winline has announced in its official Telegram channel a partnership with Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho, the 2002 World Cup champion and Ballon d’Or winner. The iconic player has been named a brand ambassador.
According to the company’s press service, the collaboration is aimed at bringing back the excitement, magic, and festive spirit that football fans associate with the game.
Ronaldinho said the partnership resonates with him personally, as both he and Winline view football and sports as a universal source of passion, energy, and joy that unites people across the globe.
Winline’s Marketing Director emphasized that working with Ronaldinho is a great honor for the company, describing him as a true symbol of football’s beauty.
The 45-year-old retired from club and international football in 2018. With Brazil, he won the 2002 FIFA World Cup, and with Barcelona, he lifted the UEFA Champions League trophy in the 2005/06 season. Ronaldinho claimed the Ballon d’Or in 2005 and was named FIFA World Player of the Year twice, in 2004 and 2005.
