A video generated by AI and posted in the current U.S. President Donald Trump’s Truth Social account has sparked outrage in Palestine. The clip, portraying an American-led reconstruction of Gaza, has drawn sharp criticism from Palestinian leaders.
The AI-generated footage features Trump, billionaire Elon Musk, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu enjoying a lavish, rebuilt Gaza. The video showcases Trump Gaza Casino, gold boutiques, luxury yachts, high-end sports cars, skyscrapers, and even a golden statue of Trump himself.
Palestinians have strongly condemned the imagery. Prominent human rights advocate Salah Abdel Ati accused Trump of envisioning Gaza as “a casino and a brothel.”
“Gaza will be far greater than Trump’s fantasy of turning it into a casino or a brothel — something that will never happen. His vision will not come to life because the Palestinian people will resist it,” Abdel Ati told reporters.
Previously, Trump proposed relocating Palestinians from Gaza to neighboring Arab countries while transforming the strip into a “Middle Eastern Riviera” under American-led redevelopment.
The controversy follows Trump’s recent visit to Circa Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
