Sportradar’s Revenue Grows by 30% to over $781 Million in 2022

Swiss company Sportradar, one of the largest providers of statistical data for bookmakers and sports associations, has released its financial results for 2022.

The company’s revenue for 2022 increased by 30% year-on-year, reaching $781.3 million. This result slightly exceeded the expected range of $768.8 million to $774.2 million for 2022, as previously estimated.

Sportradar’s total profit for 2022 was $11.2 million, which is 22.3% lower than the previous year ($13.7 million).

In addition to the annual financial report, Sportradar also showed its financial results for Q4 2022. During the reporting period, the company recorded revenue of $220.7 million, representing a 35% year-on-year growth.

Sportradar also shared its revenue expectations for the current year, 2023. The company’s analysts predict revenue for the year to be between $965.1 million and $984.4 million.

It’s worth noting that Sportradar not only provides sports statistical data, but also specializes in detecting match-fixing. According to recently published information, the company predicts a new record in the number of potential fixed matches, with over 1,000 such matches in 2022.
