Licensed bookmakers in Brazil have averaged 63.4 million daily visits in the first month following the launch of the country’s regulated market, according to InterGame Online, citing data from investment firm Jefferies.
That figure is 45% higher than YouTube’s average daily traffic in Brazil, underscoring the massive local demand for sports betting.
Betano leads the market, pulling in 11.8 million visits per day — accounting for 19% of all bookmaker traffic in the country.
Superbet ranks second with a 14% share. Other major brands in the top 10 include Betnacional, operated by Flutter, and Sportingbet under Entain. Both have seen their traffic surge by more than 500% compared to last year.
Before the regulated market launched, Betano was also the dominant player, holding a 21% market share. However, Bet365, not Superbet, previously ranked second with 18% of total visits.
For context: Brazil’s regulated betting market officially went live on January 1, 2025.
