1xBet Kazakhstan said on social media that it will no longer use the slogan “Sponsor of Sporting Emotions.” The bookmaker said it had not registered the phrase as a trademark, and another individual later secured the rights to it before offering to sell them to 1xBet.

The company said it would not pay to acquire the trademark because it had already planned to change the slogan. 1xBet invited users to suggest a replacement and promised free bets for the best or funniest submissions. The bookmaker also jokingly offered to share the trademark owner’s contact details with anyone interested in buying it.

A check of Kazakhstan’s trademark registry shows that “Sponsor of Sporting Emotions” is registered to Kaisar Talgatovich Tulepbayev. The application was filed on October 9, 2024, and the trademark was registered on July 8, 2025. The registration is valid until October 9, 2034.
