UK Gambling Commission Ranked as One of the Best Places to Work in the UK

The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has been recognized as one of the best employers in the UK by Great Place to Work (international investigation and consulting agency), according to the regulator’s website.

The UKGC’s successful adaptation to a hybrid work approach, use of new technologies, and the creation of networking communities and events that bring employees together contributed to their high ranking.

Additionally, the regulator’s excellent work in informing team members about key issues affecting the gambling industry has also been acknowledged.

Out of 87 companies in the “Large” category (251-1,000 employees), the UKGC was ranked 76th.

Executive Director Andrew Rhodes attributed the recognition to the hard work and dedication of all UKGC employees.

The 2023 list of the Best Companies to Work in the UK is based on an analysis of feedback from company representatives and an assessment of corporate culture.
